    1. What service response time do you offer?

    With a DDS Managed Print Plan we guarantee to have a technician onsite within 4 business hours should your machine be out of service. Our service coordinators and technicians use their judgement with all service calls to escalate/prioritise when machines are down, or to take the phone/remote support route when that makes more sense to get you up and running faster.

    2. When the time comes to log a service call what will my experience be?  Do you have a local call centre?

    When you call, your call comes straight through to your local DDS branch. You will never hear press 1. for this press 2 for that, you'll be speaking with real people immediately! You'll be speaking with the same people on the phone, and dealing with the same technicians each time. Get to know our team here:

  6. Celebrating 15 years of Excellence - Staff Anniversaries - Judi & Tom

    We celebrated the work anniversary of Long term employees Judi (Service Administration) and Tom (Technical Services) today. We're so proud to have them both as valuable team members of DDS Group and we look forward to them being with us for many more years to come!

  7. Golfing Bonanza at Belvoir Park Golf Club

    Just before Christmas Digital Document Solutions Bendigo sponsored the Golfing Bonanza at Belvoir Park Golf Club, their annual fundraising day for the picturesque Bendigo golf club held on 22nd of December, 2018.

    188 of the regions best golfers played, including professional golfers Andrew Martin, Paul Powell, Robert Stephens and Kris Mueck. Thank you to Gary Long of Digitial Document Solutions Bendigo for coordinating our sponsorship of the day, which was blessed with perfect weather and good golf!

    We at Digital Document Solutions have been blessed in 2018 with continued growth. Not only has out client base and team of staff expanded, we have made great progress on the contruction of our new building in Moorabbin, and also been named Sharp Dealer of the Year!
